This 31,000-square-foot activity center on the campus of the AIB College of Business in Des Moines includes a suspended running track above a regulation-sized basketball court; gymnasium; fitness center including exercise and aerobic rooms; locker rooms; activities area; and conference center.
The building features a structural steel and masonry exterior with a standing seam metal roof on bowstring trusses.
