Chad joined Neumann Brothers in 1998 as a superintendent. He has honed his construction management skills working in nearly every aspect of construction during his years with the company. In addition to his experience, Chad’s work ethic and his ability to relate to and successfully lead the people behind Neumann successes led to his appointment as Senior Vice President.
“With years of mentorship by Marshall Linn and great leadership by Tom Walter – I learned from and worked with two of the best in the business. We’ve experienced rapid change over the last two years and it is an honor to bring what I’ve learned from each of them to this leadership role,” Chad said. “I look forward to continuing to serve Neumann Brothers’ office and field staff as we build and restore Des Moines’ skyline together in the coming years.”
Tami joined Neumann Brothers in 1990 as a job cost accountant. In her 27 years with Neumann Brothers, Tami has gained a thorough understanding of the accounting department and in-depth knowledge of both the construction industry and the company. Her commitment to the company, outstanding performance overseeing the accounting department and attention to detail led to Tami’s appointment as Vice President of Finance.
“I feel fortunate to be recognized for my performance doing a job that I’ve absolutely loved for 27 years,” Tami said of her promotion. “I’ve been blessed with great mentors, past and present, that have taught me so much. I’m excited to work with the rest of the team to continue moving Neumann forward,” she continued.
Kevin has been with Neumann Brothers for 17 years. He began his career with the company as a Project Engineer. From estimating through project close-out – Kevin’s exceptional problem solving skills and over 33 years of construction experience led to his appointment as Vice President of Estimating.
“I am honored and humbled by the appointment. I look forward to concentrating more on the ‘Science’ of Estimating and the ‘Art’ of Bidding,” Kevin said.
Each one has proven their capabilities and dedication to the organization and our clients. Neumann Brothers will continue to grow and thrive with them in their new leadership positions. Please join us in congratulating Chad, Tami and Kevin on their earned and well-deserved promotions.
