Des Moines, IA (July 2012) – Neumann Brothers recently honored employees and retirees with a celebration at the Izaak Walton League in conjunction with their 100th anniversary. Guests enjoyed dinner, refreshments and a recognition program highlighting the number of years of service for a number of employees and retirees.
There were 28 retirees in attendance with years of service ranging from several years to several decades. Among Neumann’s current employees, 6 were honored for more than 35 years of service and one, Jim Trower, was honored for the 45-year milestone with the company. The celebration honored nearly 200 employees in total with more than half having at least 5 years of service and 35 percent of the staff with 10 – 15 years with Neumann Brothers. “Our commitment to the highest standard of quality and owner satisfaction is a direct result of the dedication and professionalism of the people that make up this company,” said Marshall Linn, President and CEO of Neumann Brothers, Inc., during the celebration.
