For Neumann Brothers, the end of the year signifies a job well done. It is the time of the year when we can look back at our accomplishments and rest assured that we provided Owners with the standard of excellence they expect. Going forward into the New Year with high expectations, we expect 2014 will provide us with both challenges and opportunities.
During 2013, our industrial work made a strong contribution. Great partnerships with Bridgestone/Firestone, John Deere, and many others provided us with many projects allowing us to hire more workers and add to our experience. Several projects were completed this year including Kemin Industries’ Research and Development Laboratory, the Des Moines Register relocation to the Capital Square Building, William Penn University College for Working Adults tenant build-out, Stivers Ford Lincoln’s addition, the JAAMA KWA Africa Exhibit at Blank Park Zoo, and many others.
In addition to completing several projects this year, Neumann Brothers also broke ground on Simpson Colleges’ Cowles Recreation Center expansion, Rail. One’s Manufacturing Plant, the Des Moines Playhouse’s renovation, and the Des Moines Municipal Service Center.
For more than 101 years, we have provided quality construction product to the Des Moines community as a builder they can trust. That won’t change in 2014 and the years ahead, we are always looking to improve and provide our clients with the best possible experience. Here’s to 2014 and all that it may bring!
