Project Description:

This design-build project included complete renovation of Lecture Hall II and floors one through four of the Academic Tower Building at Des Moines University. The remodeled spaces included offices, academic classrooms, and conference areas. Neumann Brothers and DesignBuild Solutions guided the project through initial design to construction completion.
