Project Description:

The Student Union Center serves as the hub of the Des Moines University campus. The $24 million, 150,000-square-foot facility houses a medical library, 250-seat cafeteria with full kitchen, a 400-seat auditorium, and a wellness center. Neumann's design-build team guided this project throughout each phase. It is one of several building additions and remodels included in the overall master campus plan.
