Project Description:

This project involved the complete renovation of an 8,000-square-foot classroom building into the admissions office for Drake University.

The renovation work included the complete removal of interior walls and flooring, installing new windows, and upgrading all mechanical/electrical and plumbing systems. The project also included installing full-height glass transom walls on one side of the offices. The interior features a restored staircase railing and millwork and complete new flooring and underlayment.
