EDS Client Fulfillment Center

This 409,725-square-foot office/distribution center was fast-tracked and divided into two phases: the shell and the interior finish. The shell was substantially completed in just 100 days-a rate of 4,050 square feet per day. The interior was being designed as the exterior was constructed. Among the project's features is a warehouse that includes conveyor systems and storage racks up to 35 feet in height.
