EFCO Concrete Construction Forming Institute

Neumann Brothers built this 3-story, 45,630-square-foot building for the training and education of EFCO customers, as well as for students wishing to gain hands-on experiences with concrete technology.

The project includes an auditorium; a 2-story product display area featuring company's history and development; a Construction Hall learning area with overhead crane for activities and demonstrations; and a fitness center for employees.  The building is connected to the company's headquarters via a curved, cast-in-place skywalk built with EFCO products and technology.
