EFCO Warehouse

This 144,000-square-foot addition to the EFCO warehouse utilized structural columns and beams (EFCO's own product), concrete poured-in- place panels, and a Butler MR-24 roof and delta joist system. The project included  storage and shipping facilities, a locker room, and offices. Exterior work for the project included extensive concrete paving and minor landscaping.  Neumann also installed the Owner's bridge cranes, material handling equipment, and paint booth material as part of the project work.

The warehouse is located directly across the street from the EFCO Concrete Construction Forming Institute (at bottom right), a Neumann-built facility and the EFCO Corporate Headquarters.
