Farmers Mutual

This comprehensive design-build project involved constructing a two-story, 82,000-square-foot building to house the corporate headquarters of Farmers Mutual. Neumann's in-house architectural services included an extensive space study to determine current and projected space needs; an integrated floor plan that encompassed departmental divisions; interior design services; and a review of 35 sites before the final site selection.  

The headquarters includes offices, open office space, conference areas, a full service kitchen, a 110-seat cafeteria, and a fitness center.

Features of the building are a 167-foot-long atrium enclosed by barrel vault, a circular boardroom, indirect lighting for office space, and a lower level production area equipped for full service printing needs.  Custom millwork and intricate architectural details were used throughout.
