Project Description:

The renovation of this historic three-story building on the Grand View University campus included new mechanical and electrical systems, installation of a new elevator and third-story structural support. Custom millwork provided by Neumann carpenters included a new main staircase, wainscoting, and new paneling and trim. 

The design-assist project also encompassed new front and back entrances and exterior improvements.
