Project Description:

This 40,000-square-foot building on the Grand View University campus houses the Rasmussen Career for Community Advancement Programs and several academic departments. The building sits on a 1-1/2 acre site and features a partial basement with two stories above grade. Interior work included masonry corridor walls, metal stud and drywall partitions, and interior finishes. The exterior features brick and stone and architectural pre-cast, and has a pitched roof. Project work also included an entry plaza, sidewalks and driveways, and parking for 40 cars.
