Project Description:

This 11,800-square-foot design-build addition provided fitness training areas and coaches offices for Grand View University's new football and wrestling programs. A  larger reception area, first-story wrestling room, conference room, and office space were included in the project. The wellness center was built onto a tight site on campus, yet construction did not disrupt school activities.
