Project Description:

This striking complex consists of four student housing buildings connected by a partially enclosed loggia of German-engineered and fabricated Nana walls.

The residential buildings are 3- and 4-stories with full basements, and a full-length tunnel connects them for chiller and steam services. Each building has a unique barrel vault roof and fritted glass. The exteriors feature Anamosa stone veneers with 100-year Rheinzink roofs. In addition to student residences, Building A in the complex houses the campus-wide phone switch system.

The complex was designed and built using sustainable products and strategies, and it was LEED® Certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
