Neumann Brothers was awarded both phases of this 30,000-square-foot office space renovation. Phase I featured minor demolition and new interior construction of the existing 3-story office building.  Renovated areas in this project included new private offices, open office work spaces, conference rooms, office support facilities, and toilet rooms. The project also involved restoration of original terrazzo flooring.

Phase II included a complete exterior face lift with masonry tuck pointing; a lower level remodel with minor demolition and creation of new office spaces; and new light fixtures, plaster repair, and painting in main lobby.
