Maytag Corporation

Neumann Brothers completed a variety of projects for Maytag Corporation in Newton. Projects included the restoration of Buildings 1 and 2; construction of the Engineering Building addition; the Research and Development Project Nova; various manufacturing reconfigurations; and a Products Display. 

The rehabilitation of the corporate campus began with the restoration and modernization of Maytag's original headquarters (Buildings 1 and 2) which included masonry restoration, window replacement, and historic exterior painting and signage. Work for Maytag also included everything from interior and exterior renovations, additions, heavy equipment setting and millwright services  to simple office remodeling. All projects were performed in and around occupied space.
