To emphasize this philosophy, Vice President & Officer of Safety, John Neumann, oversees the company’s proactive approach to safety.Before any work begins, each project is assigned an on-site safety officer and a customized site-specific safety manual is developed. The manual covers safety issues specific to the work to be performed, Neumann’s safety procedures and an Emergency Response Plan. All Neumann policies and procedures meet or exceed OSHA standards. The manual also contains forms for weekly safety inspections, weekly ‘Toolbox Talk’ sessions, and monthly supervisors’ safety meetings.
