Quality Manufacturing

This 44,000-square-foot project for  Quality Manufacturing involved adding office and  warehouse space to existing manufacturing facility, plus an addition to parking lot.

The interior office lobby featured a grand stainless steel and suspended tread staircase fabricated by Quality Manufacturing. The warehousing and manufacturing space utilized skylights for natural lighting and custom configurations. Additional work on the project included renovations to the existing entryway, loading docks, and loading ramps. The exterior of the addition was of insulated precast.

The project was completed on a very aggressive basis, with a schedule from late August to late December.The 35,000-square-foot concrete slab for the addition was completed in November and placed in its entirety in one pour.
