"It is commonly felt that the new state-of-the-art, $57 million Southeast Polk Senior High School is the finest high school facility in the state, if not the Midwest. Neumann's professionalism and strong partnership with district leadership, architects and engineers allowed the project to proceed as smoothly as possible, and your willingness to meet with the school board and administrative leadership at any time to respond to requested modifications was greatly appreciated. This outstanding facility will serve the entire community for decades to come, and we are proud to have partnered with Neumann Brothers in the construction of this inspiring school building."
