The focus during this phase of work was to re-roof the copper roof of the mansion and carriage house for Terrace Hill, the Iowa Governor's home. The exterior work also included replicating historical wood balusters. Interior work during this phase included restoring ornamental plaster, wood doors, and windows. The work was performed while building was occupied. As the building is on the National Registry of Historic Buildings, all work adhered strictly to the guidelines of the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
