Project Description

Neumann renovated this five-story office building into residential downtown lofts and one level of underground parking. The 158,536 square foot project included 66 units of approximately 1,200 square feet each. Custom millwork and finishes based on individual tenant upgrades added to the complexity of the project's completion and job cost tracking. The project also included the creation of over 120 floor-to-ceiling window openings, which transformed the former office space, offering natural light and city views. Enclosed terraces were added to each loft, and the exterior received a complete face-lift. The model unit for the lofts was featured in Country Home magazine.
