Project Description

This 1,800-car parking facility consists of two side-by-side structures with connecting courtyard. The structures also connect to the downtown skywalk system and EMC's corporate office east tower, separate projects both built by Neumann Brothers. The skywalk connection and parking façade use an aluminum window wall to match and complement the EMC east tower. Cast-in-place and post-tensioned concrete were used in construction. Elevators and equipment for the parking attendant rounded out the scope of work of this project.
