Neumann Heart Fund is our employee-led charitable giving initiative, providing grants to nonprofits serving Iowans. In 2023 alone, Neumann Brothers awarded $25,000 to 10 organizations, providing one $2,500 grant each. The Neumann Heart Fund is one of the ways we live by our people-first promise.
