This week is National Safety Week, an annual opportunity for the construction industry to work together and demonstrate our commitment to safe work environments. Safety Week reinforces that safety is not a rule; it is a value and belief we all share.
At Neumann, we are dedicated to safety programs and procedures that reinforce safety culture and show respect for our team members. It is up to each of us to look out for one another and practice responsibility in every decision we make. From the moment we step on a job site, safety is the number one priority.
We believe our employees are the strength of our safety program. To keep our employees safe on our worksites we provide over 3000 hours of safety training per year, as well as providing weekly safety audits and using 3rd party resources to evaluate our jobsites. A properly educated workforce and thorough jobsite inspections are the basis of any safety program. Moving forward we are focusing on empowering our employees to put even more control of the safety program in their hands.
We celebrate the communities we live and work in. Sharing the message of Safety Week with our people keeps the community and those who work in it returning home every day to their families. Together, we can build a stronger, safer industry.
