Neumann’s relationship began in 1916 with the first major addition to its original headquarters in downtown Des Moines. The work of expansion has since moved to the constant modernization and adaptations to changing technologies, needs, and urban context while continuing to pay homage to the original design built in 1912. Neumann has worked on countless projects, over ten buildings and has collected over 110 years of trust, reinvention, and growth on the Meredith (Dotdash Meredith) campus.
EMC Insurance Corporate Campus
Neumann has served as EMC Insurance’s trusted construction partner for more than 35 years. During this time, we have successfully completed over 250 projects, ranging from major headquarters expansions and new corporate office buildings to parking structures, skywalk connections, and data center upgrades. This extensive experience has provided our team with a deep understanding of EMC’s standards and expectations, fostering a consistent, adaptable, and enduring partnership. We are proud to have contributed to the facilities that support and reflect EMC’s presence, culture, and continued growth.
Farm Bureau
Neumann began its partnership with Farm Bureau in West Des Moines more than six years ago. Our team has worked throughout the 350,000-square-foot facility, across all wings, while maintaining full operational continuity for the organization. Through 15 carefully planned phases, we completed renovations designed to enhance functionality, accessibility, collaboration, and the long-term performance of the campus. We are proud to continue working with Farm Bureau to further improve the experience of their staff and customers.
Musco Corporate Campus
Musco Sports Lighting has been a trusted partner for over 16 years. Our work has supported Musco’s growth at every level, from mission-critical facilities such as data centers and operations buildings to corporate office expansions, innovative collaboration, and training environments, amenity buildings, and large-scale campus expansions. Most recently, Neumann delivered Musco’s world headquarters in Oskaloosa, IA. This long-standing relationship reflects Neumann’s ability to grow alongside our clients’ anticipating needs and deliver environments that help organizations like Musco continue to light the world.
