Neumann Brothers is working once again with BH Management to remodel and expand their existing tenant space in the Capital Square building. The team completed BH Management’s current space renovation in 2017. The current expansion project will add 7,500 square feet of modern office spaces.

BH Management’s Office project by NeumannThe property management company choose Neumann Brothers for this project after their first phase was completed to great success. “I believe that the coordination, service provided, management and quality we brought to their team during the first phase left Neumann at the top of their minds for this expansion” said Project Manager / Shareholder Matt Davis. Matt managed the first phase of their remodel and has been working with the owner’s team to prepare for this expansion.

While the actual construction is just beginning, Neumann Brothers has been working with BH Management for the last six months on early budgeting, design assistance, and organizing the construction team. The team will complete the demolition of the existing space BH will be expanding into before beginning the remodel.

Similar to the first phase, this project will be completed in the occupied building. BH’s employees will also be occupying the office and part of the challenge of this project will be demolishing and connecting the two spaces while the employees continue to work. With tenants above, below and next to BH’s space, coordination with BH employees and others in the building will be critical. Neumann will manage inevitable construction noise throughout the building through daily coordination and completing truly disruptive activities during off hours. Building material and construction equipment will also have to be moved into and out of the space. Keeping a clean environment for everyone in the building is a top priority. “We are devoted to ensuring we do not disrupt their daily environment” said Matt. “If we can do that, like we did on the first phase, this project will be just as successful.”

Working once again with BH Management, in a building that Neumann has come to know very well over the years is very exciting. “Our company is committed to providing high quality service to new and existing clients and we ultimately work to develop lifelong relationships built on expertise and trust” said Matt. “We are excited to work again as a team and bring another project to a successful completion!”
