Work Scope

The scope of the work was to transform the space into
a large training room, (5) new offices, and (1) new small conference
room. The existing space consisted of a large open concept
workroom with (1) conference room and (2) small study rooms.
Neumann demoed the needed walls and storefront windows needed
to install new gypsum wall assemblies to buildout the new offices
and conference rooms. The new space was then furnished with new
carpet tile and LVT flooring throughout, rubber wall base, and paint
on all walls. The ceilings were open to the deck except in the offices
and the conference room. The space also consisted of new electrical,
HVAC, and sprinklers as needed.

Neumann’s benefit to the client was the ability to accommodate and
track changes to the client to ensure they get the new space they
envisioned. We were able to perform this work on schedule and under
budget which the client needed to have happen since they had to
move from their old space the following week after our substantial
completion.
