Work Scope

Phase 1 included the build-out of one large studio space along with costume and set storage areas, and incorporated the necessary egress to allow early tenant occupancy while the remainder of construction continued.

Phase 2 completed the space with an additional studio, restrooms with showers, changing rooms, offices, a conference room, and a small kitchenette break area. Infrastructure and finishes included new plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems, exposed painted ceilings, gypsum wall assemblies, carpet flooring, restrooms with tiled walls and floors, millwork and countertops at the kitchenette, and window coverings at both office and studio areas.
