Work Scope

The 6,926 SF facility consists of 15 private offices for personal bankers, loan officers, management staff. The facility also houses retail banking services and three drive-through lanes. The building includes an exterior facade that blends brick, stone and glazed curtain wall for a modern aesthetic. The interior has a high level of traditional finish in the office spaces and board room. The exterior includes a 34 stall parking lot with an underground storm retention system and native landscapes.

Our team was challenged with a fast-paced schedule on a tight work site which required a lot of upfront planning. We implemented just in time deliveries and elements of Lean Last Planner to manage the schedule and coordination.
