Work Scope

Neumann Brothers redesigned and transformed the Greyhound Bus Station structure in downtown Des Moines to a full-service branch bank complete with conveniently located drive-up windows. Des Moines’ updated set-back building codes required reuse of the existing structure and canopy to accommodate the Owner’s vision for customer service in that location resulting in a unique layout.

The branch features 3 drive-up banking lanes, ATM lane with future expansion lane, geothermal mechanical system, full security and bank equipment, 2 private offices, customer waiting area, custom teller line and ceiling fabricated in our millshop, full landscaping, irrigation and both covered and uncovered parking.
