This ~11,000 SF renovation transformed the 16th floor into a refined executive suite designed for both function and presence, complete with access to north and south exterior balcony and patio spaces overlooking downtown Des Moines. The layout was strategically planned to support leadership operations, incorporating 13 executive offices, three small conference rooms, a high-end board room, administrative support areas, collaborative spaces, a break room, and upgraded restrooms. A catering kitchen adjacent to the board room enhances the space’s ability to host large meetings and events, while integrated multi-view teleconferencing and advanced audio/visual systems ensure seamless communication.

Work Scope
A key feature of the project was the use of the DIRTT demountable wall system, installed by Neumann’s certified team, allowing for long-term flexibility and adaptability without sacrificing finish quality. The design blends modern performance with elevated aesthetics highlighted by arched openings with white oak casing, a statement elevator lobby with tile and black tambour panels, and a variety of custom finishes throughout. Additional details such as a quartz waterfall island in the kitchenette, walnut cabinetry, vibrant corridor wall coverings, and fully upgraded restrooms with custom materials reinforce the high-end, tailored nature of the space while supporting day-to-day usability.
