We started with a piece of farmland on the outskirts of Oskaloosa and built a 4 story hotel. The hotel features 76 rooms, a spacious lobby, lounge, breakfast area & outdoor patio for guests. There is an 1,100 SF meeting space, pool and fitness center all located on the lower level. It includes (2) elevators, guest laundry facilities, ice machines, and a computer/print center for guests.

Work Scope
We self-performed the structural steel for building which included some interior columns, beams and the front porte-cochère. We also self-performed the wood handrails at the stairwells, rough carpentry including in wall blocking, all fire stopping, installation of all hollow metal doors, frames, hardware, and aluminum windows.
