Work Scope

 The project scope includes a 43,350 SF exterior storage yard with vinyl fencing, (3) cast-in-place loading dock ramps, overhead dock doors, loading dock equipment, ADA Ramps, stairs, patio, office space, restrooms, glass storefront vestibules, showroom, pro-pickup area, storage space, and warehouse area with high-pile storage racking. Neumann’s benefit to Ferguson included prior experience with the original construction of the warehouse for R&R. This gave us a better understanding of the building and an existing relationship with the developer. We self-performed several scopes of work including: demolition, concrete, bollards, millwork, doors, frames, hardware, toilet accessories, and toilet partitions. This allowed us to manage the budget and schedule more efficiently. By completing the project on schedule, this allowed Ferguson to meet their go-live receiving date in December 2023.
