Work Scope

The 47,000 SF Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC) sits on a 25-acre site shared with a 34,500 SF Field Maintenance Shop. The AFRC consists of a drill hall, commercial kitchen, offices, classrooms, simulated firing range, computer/data rooms, physical training, and recruitment center support area.

The field maintenance shop consists of offices, tool and parts repair rooms, multiple work bays with overhead bridge cranes, and classroom spaces. Both facilities feature geothermal HVAC and daylight supplemental lighting design.
