Work Scope

We coordinated plans, site improvements, MEP scope, procurement, permitting with the city, permitting the FAA for runway clearance of adjacent DSM airport, construction, and closeout. We also self-performed the layout, concrete foundations, door and hardware scope of work. The exterior load bearing, insulated, precast concrete walls support a steel, open web bar-joist roof. The north glazing is aluminum frames (thermally broke) and insulated glass. The roof is two (2) layers of ISO insulation and 60 mil TPO mechanically attached. By coordinating the mechanical screening, the utility meter entrance locations and plantings, the Owner earned economic benefits with the city.
