Work Scope
2020 New Construction
Missouri Valley JATC’s training campus is a 49,000 SF facility designed to train the next generation of electrical line workers. The centerpiece of the building is a 50-foot-tall indoor pole-climbing facility, complete with a perimeter 27-foot elevated catwalk that allows instructors to safely observe training in real time. The building’s composition combines pre-engineered metal structures, structural masonry, precast, and cold-
formed framing, all tied together to create a highly functional, industrial training environment. A standout architectural detail includes Corten steel columns at the main entry, intentionally designed to evoke the look of wooden power poles supporting the canopy.
2025 Expansion
In 2025, Missouri Valley JATC once again selected Neumann Brothers to expand their campus, reinforcing a trusted relationship built on performance, accountability, and quality. The 2,700 SF office addition
was completed November of 2025 and included:
• Expansion of the reception desk with two new stations, custom
millwork, and additional ceiling clouds
• Construction of a new restroom within the truck shop, improving daily operational convenience
• Exposed ceilings and ductwork to match the established aesthetic
