Work Scope

Neumann provided preconstruction, design and construction services for a new multipurpose venue facility in Oskaloosa. The venue includes a restaurant, kitchen, bar, two tennis courts, four pickleball courts, three golf simulators, and three movie theaters. Amenities include large glass walls facing a patio that runs the length of the main façade, 2,200 SF kitchen, meeting room, multiple restrooms, and showers. Substantial use of traditional finish materials of wood & stone integrated into a modern aesthetic will provide a great entertainment venue for Oskaloosa and surrounding communities.
