Neumann was selected by Musco Sports Lighting as the General Contractor for their planned corporate expansion and parking garage project. The project scope consists of a 24,000 SF renovation of existing office and amenity space, a new 51,300 SF two-story training center facility, and a 160,000 SF three story parking structure.

Work Scope
The renovation included open offices, a fitness center, locker rooms, private offices, conference spaces, and breakrooms. The two story addition creates a new entrance for Musco’s Headquarters facility. This addition includes a visitor entrance, Musco museum space, open offices, conference rooms, restrooms, training center, private dining room, exterior patio, and support spaces.
The Musco Training Facility was designed with flexibility, technology, and collaboration in mind. Featuring four individual training rooms, the space can adapt to a wide range of needs, from small breakout sessions to large-scale gatherings. With vertically retractable walls, the rooms can be combined into an expansive 5,000-square-foot training hall capable of hosting 300+ participants.
High-quality finishes, including painted drywall, carpet flooring, and wood doors with glazing, create a professional yet comfortable environment.
