This 260,000 SF precast warehouse facility consisted of over-sized high bay storage areas, loading dock equipment, storefront assemblies, and large overhead doors. The slab on grade had extreme tolerances for floor flatness requirements due to warehouse equipment.

Work Scope
There were several design-build trades, requiring high coordination throughout the duration of the project, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, and structural precast. Exterior work included landscaping, site grading, utility work, new parking lots, and irrigation system tying into the existing system next door.
