The Capital Square building is an infamous headquarters location for some of Des Moines’ most influential businesses, including RSM LLC, an international tax and audit consulting firm. This fast-paced tenant renovation project was able to be completed in just four months, and with Neumann’s expediency and efficiency, the Owner saved over a quarter of a million dollars.

The project required demolition of the entire space, new drywall partitions, glass front offices, conference rooms, kitchens, new lobby entrance, and complete remodel of 4 existing restrooms. For this project Neumann self-performed all demolition, wood blocking, millwork installations, metal framing, and all specialties.
