Work Scope

These are two elite large bay service centers in Waukee. The first being a 17,460 SF building with architectural metal panels, EIFS and brick. To maximize interior work space for Stivers, clear spans and hidden columns were used. We also added a large concrete display lot that provides space for over 200 vehicles. This project
was started in May of 2018 and completed in the spring of 2019. Soon after our team began working on a concept project with Stivers and Ford on a one-of-a-kind large vehicle and RV service center known as the Stivers Ford Pro center.

The Stivers Ford Pro center is a state of the art 37,000 SF facility that is used to service RVs, bucket trucks, semis, and other oversized vehicles that need repair. The facility is also one of the first electric vehicle service centers planning for EV charging stations, batter storage areas, and flexible service bays that can operate on any type of large chassis vehicle.
