At their most recent Board of Directors meeting, Neumann Brothers announced the promotion of Bryan Myers to Chief Operating Officer (COO).

As COO, Mr. Myers will work alongside President Mike Simpson overseeing Neumann’s day-to-day operations, implementing the strategic direction and growth of the company, and supporting the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. Bryan has spent more than 38 years in the construction industry. Since joining Neumann in 2019, he has led Operations, Business Development, Estimating and Preconstruction, Marketing, and Design Build. As part of the leadership team, Bryan led Neumann in updating, creating, and implementing a “Mission, Vision, Core Values and Safety” culture.

“Bryan has a proven track record as an outstanding leader inside and outside our company,” commented Mike Simpson, President of Neumann. “His appointment will help ensure that we continue to adapt to the changing environment so that we may continue to deliver exceptional services while making a positive impact wherever we work. I am excited to work more closely with Bryan in his new role, as together we will continue to build momentum and deliver long-term sustainable growth and value for all our stakeholders.”

Additionally, Bryan has been a member of the Neumann Board since September 2020. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross, a member of the West Des Moines Library Board of Trustees, and many other community organizations and industry groups.

“I am excited to serve as COO for Neumann Brothers,” says Myers. “I look forward to working with our talented employees and leadership to point the Company into the future. We are well-positioned to execute our strategic plan. I am honored to be part of that implementation for a historic partner in Central Iowa.”

Please help us congratulate Bryan on his new role!
