The Missouri Valley JATC project is a 49,000 SF training facility consisting of classrooms, training labs, office spaces, and an indoor pole climbing facility that clears 50 feet from floor to ceiling with a catwalk for instructors mounted 27 feet in the air along the perimeter. This unique project features a combination of pre-engineered metal buildings tying together with structural masonry, precast, and structural stud framing. Corten columns on the front facade of the building give the illusion of wooden power line poles supporting the buildings main entry canopy.

The interior of the building in the training areas entertain the industrial feel with painted exposed decking, joists and MEP rough-ins over exposed, sealed concrete floors and epoxy coated flooring. The entry and office space areas have a ceiling combination of acoustical tile, exposed decking, joists, wood hanging clouds over carpeted flooring and polished concrete. In addition to the building portion of this project there is 77,000 SF of paving and 13,000 SF of sidewalks and flumes.
