In carrying out all of this restoration and construction work, Neumann Brothers assembled a small army of high qualified subcontractors, each of whom performed to a very high standard under Neumann’s management direction. We look back with great satisfaction on all of our interactions with both the senior management team of Neumann Brothers as well as all of its supporting elements. In sum, the World Food Prize Hall of Laureates has already become a centerpiece of the redevelopment of downtown Des Moines and is attracting great credit and attention to our community. This is due in significant measure to the excellent work of Neumann Brothers.
