Newest Project Managers

Neumann is proud to announce the promotions of Jeremy Alden and Dan Larsen to Project Managers! They have nearly 30 years combined experience in the construction industry and are a tremendous asset to the Neumann team. We invite you to learn more about Jeremy and Dan below.
Jeremy Alden, Project Manager
Jeremy joined the Neumann team in 2004 through the Local #106 Carpenter’s Apprenticeship program and spent over ten years in the field. In 2015, he joined the office team as a Project Engineer and was promoted to Assistant Project Manager in 2018. This year, he was promoted to Project Manager. “Over the years with Neumann, I’ve worked alongside some of the industry’s greatest men and women,” Jeremy shares. “That has created a passion for the building process that is as exciting today as it was during my first year in the field.” We are proud of Jeremy’s journey in the construction industry and are looking forward to what he accomplishes next! In his free time, Jeremy enjoys coaching youth athletics and playing music with his family.
Dan Larsen, Project Manager
Dan joined the Neumann team in 2020 after 12 years in the construction industry, and we are pleased to share his new position as Project Manager! Dan is highly experienced and passionate about collaborating with owners, design teams, and internal field and operations teams to complete projects. He is looking forward to expanding his role at Neumann, taking on more responsibility with projects, and continuing to improve company procedures. We are excited to see what Dan achieves next in his new role!
