Excitement revs up at the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame & Museum as Neumann Brothers gears up for a new chapter with the groundbreaking of the Dennis Albaugh Suite Tower! Scheduled to open for the 2025 season at the Knoxville Raceway, this new tower promises to celebrate the rich history of sprint car racing while enhancing race days ahead.

Community at Groundbreaking

On the sunny afternoon of May 31, community leaders, racing enthusiasts, and museum patrons gathered to witness and celebrate the start to this significant expansion.

“It will look like it was meant to be from the beginning,” said Bob Baker, executive director at the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame & Museum.

About the Project

Mirroring the esteemed Bryan Clauson Suite Tower, the new six-story structure will stand on the east side of the museum, offering panoramic views of turn two at the raceway. While it is a significant and spacious structure that will add 12 state-of-the-art suites, the tower is designed to integrate seamlessly with its surroundings.

Our Neumann crew became deeply knowledgeable about the track throughout the construction process of the Clauson Tower, and was chosen to return for the new addition of the Albaugh Tower because of our unique ability to deliver on their wishlist.

Impact & Next Steps

The suite tower is more than just a building; it’s a beacon for increased visitor traffic and engagement within Knoxville and the broader Marion County area. With over 20 guests already on the waiting list, the demand for an upgraded raceway experience is high, allowing more fans to attend and be provided with an unparalleled race day experience.

The Dennis Albaugh Suite Tower will stand as a symbol of growth and community spirit.
